The Cirrus VS248 Canister Vacuum Cleaner is an economical canister vacuum cleaner. Though economically priced, it has a powerful 12 amp motor and variable speed suction control.  To vary the suction power on VS248, open and close the airflow slider on the handle of the flexible hose.

The automatic cord rewind keeps the cord stored when the canister vacuum is not in use.  A deluxe rug/floor tool is included with this machine as well as cleaning tools and a deluxe telescopic wand.

Vacuuming tip: Move the vacuum back and forth over the surface. Use even strokes. Do not press the floor head into the carpeting; let the cleaner do the work.

Two different storage options are available for you, based on your storage space. The first is storing the canister upright on its base with the hose and accessories disconnected and separately stored. Alternately, you can store the canister in the normal position with the two accessories parked on the handle tube of the machine. The machine comes with an upholstery tool and crevice tool, which fit into each other for a smaller storage space.

The inlet filter is located near the rear of the dust compartment; this filter can be washed under running water. Once fully dry it can be replaced in the machine.  You won’t forget when to change the dust bag with the convenience of the full bag indicator on this economical canister vacuum.
